By using or accessing GameDevTips.com ("GameDevTips.com", "Site" or "Services") offered by Kishimoto Studios ("Kishimoto Studios", "We" or "Us"), You ("You") are agreeing to these legally binding rules ("Terms"). You are also agreeing to GameDevTips.com Privacy Policy and GameDevTips.com Rules, which will be treated as part of these Terms.

If You do not agree to these Terms, including GameDevTips.com Privacy Policy and Rules, do not use or access the Services.

Registration and login

You can use the Services in "read mode" without logging in the Site, but to enable "write/interactive mode" so You can write Your own gamedev tips and like, dislike or report other gamedev tips, You need to login on the Site. When You login for the first site on the Site, We create an account for You.

We currently use third parties like Twitter to create and authorize user accounts. By using those third-party services, You agree to their terms of use, privacy policy, and other agreements between You and them.

Disabling and re-enabling Your account

We may disable Your account and suspend Your "write/interactive mode" if You break Our rules or if You contact Us requesting to do so. If Your account is disabled due to violation of rules, We will not re-enable it.

Your content

You represent and warrant that You either own or have permission to submit the content to GameDevTips.com. You are responsible for the content You submit to GameDevTips.com and assume all risks associated with it.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to GameDevTips.com. We do not claim ownership over any of it.

However, You give Us permission to use, store, display, publish, reproduce and distribute Your content in order to provide the Services. This may include promoting Your content with partner companies or services for broader broadcast, distribution, or publication.

You agree that the content You submit will be public and that it can be viewed by others.

We have the right to refuse or remove any content You submit to GameDevTips.com if the content is not in accordance with these Terms.

The design, layout and visual elements of the Site and GameDevTips.com are copyright Kishimoto Studios. All rights reserved.

You may not duplicate, copy, reuse, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any portion of the HTML, CSS, JavaScript, logos, visual design elements and any other work that is copyright Kishimoto Studios without express written permission from Kishimoto Studios unless otherwise permitted by law.

Changes to these Terms and the Services

We reserve the right to change these Terms and the Services at any time without notice or liability. We will display a notification message in our main page in case we change the Terms of the Services.

You agree to the changes of Terms and Services if you continue using or accessing GameDevTips.com after a change is made.

Warranty Disclaimer

You use the Services at Your own risk. They are provided to You "as is" and "as available" and without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

You assume full responsibility for any loss that results from Your use of the Services. We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages under any circumstances.
